Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

According to EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
All workshops offered by enilasArt are leisure services scheduled for fixed dates.
Therefore, no statutory right of withdrawal applies once a booking has been completed.

2. Cancellation & Voucher Policy

Due to the limited number of seats and the preparation involved, enilasArt does not offer cash refunds for cancelled workshops.

Online Workshops (live, fixed date)
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the online workshop, you will receive a voucher for the full ticket value, valid for a future enilasArt workshop.

Live Workshops (in person)
If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled start of the live workshop, you will receive a voucher for the full ticket value, valid for a future enilasArt workshop.
Cancellations received after these deadlines are not eligible for a voucher.

3. Voucher Conditions

- Vouchers are issued for the full amount paid
- Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Vouchers can be redeemed for any available enilasArt workshop

4. Workshop Cancellation by enilasArt

Workshops will only take place if a minimum of 4 participants is reached.
Online workshops: confirmation at least 48 hours before the start
Live workshops: confirmation at least 72 hours before the start
If a workshop is cancelled by enilasArt, participants will be informed by email and receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Further claims, including compensation for travel expenses or loss of income, are excluded.

5. No-Show Policy

If a participant does not attend a booked workshop without prior cancellation within the stated deadlines, the booking is considered a no-show.
In case of a no-show, no refund and no voucher will be issued.

6.Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, taking into account mandatory EU consumer protection regulations.

Rückerstattungs- & Stornierungsrichtlinie – enilasArt

1. Widerrufsrecht (EU-Verbraucherrecht)

Nach EU-Verbraucherrecht (Richtlinie 2011/83/EU) steht Verbraucher:innen grundsätzlich ein Widerrufsrecht zu.
Das Widerrufsrecht ist ausgeschlossen bei Verträgen über Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Freizeitbetätigungen, wenn der Vertrag einen konkreten Termin oder Zeitraum vorsieht.
Alle von enilasArt angebotenen Workshops sind Freizeitdienstleistungen mit festen Terminen.
Daher besteht kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht nach Abschluss der Buchung.

2. Stornierung & Gutscheinregelung

Aufgrund der begrenzten Teilnehmerzahl und des organisatorischen Vorbereitungsaufwands bietet enilasArt keine Barauszahlung bei Stornierungen an.

Online-Workshops (live, fester Termin)
Bei einer Stornierung bis spätestens 48 Stunden vor Workshop-Beginn wird ein Gutschein in voller Höhe des Ticketpreises für einen zukünftigen Workshop ausgestellt.

Live-Workshops (vor Ort, fester Termin)
Bei einer Stornierung bis spätestens 72 Stunden vor Workshop-Beginn wird ein Gutschein in voller Höhe des Ticketpreises für einen zukünftigen Workshop ausgestellt.

Nach Ablauf dieser Fristen besteht kein Anspruch auf einen Gutschein.

3. Gutscheinbedingungen

- Gutscheine werden in Höhe des vollständig gezahlten Betrags ausgestellt
- Gutscheine sind nicht auszahlbar und nicht übertragbar
- Gutscheine sind 12 Monate ab Ausstellungsdatum gültig
- Gutscheine können für alle verfügbaren enilasArt Workshops eingelöst werden

4. Absage durch enilasArt

Workshops finden nur statt, wenn mindestens 4 Teilnehmende angemeldet sind.

Online-Workshops: Entscheidung spätestens 48 Stunden vor Beginn

Live-Workshops: Entscheidung spätestens 72 Stunden vor Beginn

Im Falle einer Absage durch enilasArt erfolgt eine vollständige Rückerstattung über das ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmittel.Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere auf Reise-, Übernachtungs- oder Folgekosten, sind ausgeschlossen.

5. 6. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Berücksichtigung zwingender europäischer Verbraucherschutzvorschriften.
